Our Process: We Bring the Showroom to You
Our design and installation experts bring samples of all the shutter products we offer and meet with you in your home to help you find what best serves your needs. During the shutter design consultation, we measure all the windows you’re interested in shuttering. This allows us to generate a more accurate estimate of the cost for you.
Then, we lay out the shutter products alongside one another and answer any questions you may have.
We fan out the samples of the available paints and stains. Polywood® shutters can be custom-painted, and Ovation® shutters are offered in 28 wood stain colors and 11 paint colors.
Once you’ve picked the shutters that fit your style and meet your needs, you’ll want to consider whether you’d rather have a hidden tilt rod or a rear-mount tilt rod, a smaller louver or a larger one, a Z frame or a casing frame style.
We record your project’s measurements and submit your shutter order to be fashioned. And we keep you updated on the estimated time of your new shutters’ arrival – so you know when to expect them.
Finally, we have a trained installation crew come out to your Riverside house and set up your window treatment just right, making sure each part moves smoothly. That’s because we believe that proper installation is almost as essential as the product itself.
